If you have been victim blamed, it likely means you have spoken up - you are SO brave and strong for doing that! Please remember you are not at fault, it was the offender who did it to you. Sometimes it is better to let those people in your life who victim blame go. If you are an SA survivor definitely go through counselling & it is okay to change therapist as many times as you need to until you click with them - this relationship is so important. You are smart, you are kind, you are brave 🤍

Sometimes its not going to feel like it but you are going to be alright. Everyday is going to have its ups and downs. Laughing,crying, going back in time. Trying to figure everything out. I know its hard and im here for you. Remember honey to take it easy and give yourself some tender loving care. I want you to know its not your fault. People who have ugly actions will do anything to make there ugly plan work. So remember honey its not your fault.
You deserve your peace, just like everyone else does. Find others that will share joy with you, be patient with yourself and get plenty of rest. The rest can wait until you are ready 🙏
